Rturn at the Time of Delivery
On-the-Spot Returns: If you find that the product does not meet your expectations at the time of delivery, you have the right to return it immediately. Please inform our delivery personnel of your decision, and the product will be taken back on the spot.
Post-Delivery Returns
Later Realization: If, after accepting the delivery, you realize that the product is not satisfactory (e.g., quality issues, defects, or wrong item received), you may still return the product. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Make a Video: Create a clear and detailed video showing the product, highlighting the issue(s).
- State the Reason: Clearly explain the reason for your return in the video.
- Perishable goods: Only at the time of delivery and no refund after delivery.
- Contact Us: Send the video along with your order details to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product.
Eligibility for Return
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment or as store credit, as per your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
